Paid reviews are judgment-based services, not guaranteed bug fixes. A Fix-or-Rebuild Review is intended to help identify what appears broken, what is risky, and whether the safer next step is to fix, rebuild, migrate, or stop.
Refund guidelines
- If a review has not started, the user may request cancellation or refund.
- Once review work has started, refunds are generally not available.
- Once a review has been delivered, refunds are generally not available.
- If AINotWorking cannot complete the review, it may offer a refund, partial refund, or alternative resolution.
- Dissatisfaction with the conclusion, such as rebuild or stop, does not automatically qualify for refund.
- Duplicate payments or obvious billing errors can be reviewed and corrected.
If you believe there has been a billing mistake or another unusual issue, contact AINotWorking with the relevant order or payment reference so the case can be reviewed fairly.
