AINotWorking helps users review broken AI-built apps, prototypes, MVPs, and codebases. This page explains, in plain English, what information may be submitted and how it may be used.
Information AINotWorking may collect
- Name or contact email
- App or project description
- Tool or stack information
- Error messages
- Screenshots or screen recordings
- Repository, deployment, or document links if voluntarily submitted
- Payment or order reference if applicable
Do not submit secrets
Users should not submit passwords, API keys, private keys, production secrets, or unnecessary sensitive personal data. If a review can be done with a safe screenshot, limited error message, public preview link, or redacted details, use that safer option.
How submitted information is used
Submitted information is used to provide the requested review, communicate with the user, improve service quality, and maintain reasonable records. AINotWorking does not sell personal information.
Third-party services
AINotWorking may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, forms, email, payments, or file links. Those services may process information as needed to provide their functions.
Deletion or correction requests
Users can contact AINotWorking to request deletion or correction of submitted information where reasonable. Some records may need to be retained for payment, security, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.
